Tarjeta postal de 142 x 93 mm con dibujo en relieve sin tinta que representa a una joven oliendo una rosa en su mano izquierda, en la mano derecha tiene otra rosa y otras en el pelo; el reverso no tiene nada impreso.
En la parte delantera encima del dibujo está impresa en color dorado la frase: "Te desean felicidad y prosperidades en el día de tu santo, tus primas Carmen y Manuela" , los nombres van acompañados de una rúbrica a mano realizada con tinta negra.
Como vemos la personalización de la tarjeta postal está realizada en imprenta y por el texto debió de hacerse sólo en este ejemplar puesto que iba dirigido a unas personas concretas y no tenía mucho sentido hacer muchas más, o sea que sobre el ejemplar realizado en relieve con un troquel con la figura femenina se le añadía el texto bien a mano o en imprenta como en este caso. Las esquinas superiores están redondeadas y el filo de abajo es irregular por lo que seguramente estaba unida a otra o a otras y desprendida manualmente de ella. El reverso no tiene las indicaciones de tarjeta postal o lugar señalado para el sello por tanto debieron ser tarjetas para regalar, sin utilizar el servicio postal o bien para introducirlas en un sobre. Este ejemplar pertenece a los primeros años del siglo XX con clara influencia modernista en el dibujo.
