Aparecen impresas las letras "C" y "B" entrelazadas con filigranas, debajo de las mimsas aparece "PARIS" y "866" como indicativos del editor, lugar y numeración. Esta tarjeta tiene las esquinas redondeadas.
En el reverso aparece impresa la leyenda "FABRICATION FRANÇAISE" (Fabricación francesa) y las líneas para poner la dirección sobre las que se ha escrito con pluma estiilográfica y tinta azul las destinatarias: "Señoras Doñas Josefa y Josefina" (por lo que va dirigida a madre e hija). No ha sido franqueada por lo que debió entregarse en mano o dentro de un sobre.
El texto de la postal (con varias faltas de ortografía, buena grafía aunque insegura y de persona adulta) dice: "Pepita yo os deseo hoy gran felicidad y que os dure muchos años y hasta en la eternidad pues ya sabéis que os quiero y lo digo en verdad y de hoy en muchos años que nos puedas convidar a tu futuro yerno, a su papá y su mamá.
