Tarjeta postal de 89 x 138 mm con la imagen del interior de la Nave Central de la iglesia del Real Monasterio de Santo Tomás en Ávila. Esta tarjeta es una fototipia con el número 12608 de la casa THOMAS de Barcelona aunque fueron encargadas por Pedro Giménez con domicilio en Alcázar, 9 de Ávila.
Se distingue la nave central de estilo gótico flamígero con el altar encima de la tumba del Infante Don Juan (único hijo varón de los Reyes Católicos que murió prematuramente antes de llegar al trono). Se aprecia el sepulcro de mármol en la parte inferior, inspirado en el de los REyes Católicos de la Capilla Real de Granada, enmarcado por el arco rebajado que soporta el altar y el retablo (de Pedro Berruguete).
En la parte inferior junto a la leyenda impresa que indica lo que es la postal, se ha escrito con pluma una aclaración sobre dicha tumba aunque con algún dato erróneo.
En el reverso aparece el siguiente texto:
"Ávila 28 marzo de 1929. Mis queridos Amalia, Gerardo y Lola. Si siempre os recuerdo y quiero estar a vuestro lado, hoy mucho más porque es un día, el primero, en que Dios os visita y os llenará de sus dones los que deseo poseáis siempre. Muchos besos de vuestra tía Lola"
La tarjeta postal no está franqueada por lo que se debió de enviar dentro de un sobre, el texto manuscrito con pluma y tinta sepia ocupa todo el reverso y está dirigida por Mª Dolores Fernández de la Vega y Lombán a los tres hijos de su hermana Mª Luisa en el día de su primera comunión.
