En el reverso aparece impreso: "FOTOCOLOR 2.- BURGOS. Catedral. Fachada Sur" (También aparece escrito en francés e inglés).
El texto manuscrito con bolígrafo de tinta azul dice lo siguiente: "+ Queridos amigos: Un recuerdo afectuoso para todos desde Burgos. Mª Victoria" y va dirigida al Sr. D. Antonio Márquez Álvarez - Diputación Provincial - Málaga.
Está franqueada con un sello de 70 céntimos de peseta que representa un fragmento del cuadro del Greco "La oración del huerto" y está matasellado en Burgos el 7 de octubre de 1961.
Es de destacar la + con la que empieza el texto, signo cristiano que encabezaba cartas y tarjetas postales para pedir la bendición de Cristo que ya se ha dejado de utilizar.
