La postal hace la número 7022 de su serie y desconocemos quién la editó y publicó.
En el reverso sólo aparece la dirección del destinatario, en este caso a las gemelas Gimena y Elisa Fernández de la Vega Lombán (primeras mujeres médico de la facultad de Medicina de Santiago de Compostela, aunque en el momento de recibir esta tarjeta postal sólo tenían 9 años).
Está impresa la leyenda: "UNIÓN POSTAL UNIVERSAL - UNION POSTALE UNIVERSELLE - ESPAÑA"
En la cara anterior está impreso en rojo "7022 Alicante - Paseo de los Mártires (Esplanada)" y debajo escrito con pluma el mensaje " 29-6-904 Les remite un abrazo, desde Alicante su amigo Perico".
La normativa de 1904 no permitía dividir el reverso para texto y dirección, conservandolo exclusivamente para la dirección por lo que texto se había de poner en los espacios reservados del anverso o directamente encima de la imagen.
